Students will perform open butt groove welds using SMAW process. Students will practice and take the AWS 7018 structural plate test.Students will also learn how to set up and perform GTAW welds.

- Welding hood, saftety glasses, chipping hamer, wire brush, flint striker, welding gloves,11r viseclamp pliers and leather boots (above the ankle)
